What is brainwave entrainment? Not many people have come across this expression or are aware of what it is.  Entrainment is what happens when two things of differing rhythms come together and then end up becoming synchronized with each others rhythms.   An example of this is when a concert is happening and people beginning clapping in unison.  It can be said that they have become collectively entrained to a specific frequency.

Brainwave entrainment is the rhythmic fluctuations that take place inside of our human brain. The fluctuation increases or lessens based mostly on what we observe or hear.  The more rapid and speedier the variations around us, the steeper the variances are within our head.  So now just what is entrainment? What Are 9 steps To Install The Beliefs To Become Your Ideal Self?

Here is an exercise to install a smashing belief in yourself in order to take efficient action towards your goals.

1. Imagine the way that you are now. Include all your strengths, weaknesses, problems, habits and usual emotions that you normally experience in a typical day.

2. Imagine how you would be if you no longer had any of your usual problems. Be very clear with how you would be behaving, how you would stand, dress, walk, and talk if you were living your dream life as your ideal self. Marinate yourself in these feelings by using all your senses to vividly envision this dream like version of yourself.

3. Stick out your arms and pretend to put a visual picture of yourself in each of your hands. In one hand is the new idealized version of you, in the other hand is the current picture of you. Make sure to maintain some space in between your hands. This space is for all the things that you have to do, in order to install the beliefs, actions and scenes required to become your ideal self.

4. Begin to imagine a series of logical sequenced events or movie scenes that you would have to go through to get from your current self to your ideal self. Make these pictures bigger and brighter in each scene, making whatever changes you need to make in order to facilitate the evolution of your ideal self during this process of change.
5. When you have about a dozen images that represent the steps of your development in front of you, and you can see those scenes in between your hands, begin to bring your hands slowly together. Then slowly clasp your hands together and interlace your fingers. While doing this, imagine yourself squeezing all those scenes together into one single picture.
6. Bring your interlaced hands towards your body and pull this feeling that was created from this exercise, into your body. Allow this new feeling of success,, these feelings of your idealized self, to fill up your body. Imagine its like a warm colour that spreads inside of you. Have it spread from your stomach and envision it spreading up to your head and down to your toes.
7. The feeling that is generated from this is to now be enhanced and enlarged. Imagine how you would feel if this new feeling of your ideal self was magnified and amplified to feel ten times stronger. Allow this feeling to drench all your cells, muscles, bones and blood as you envision it coursing through your veins.
8. When you’re feeling this powerful new feeling, begin to imagine yourself doing those steps you imagined that were between your hands.

9. When you feel overwhelmed with these feelings, begin to take one or several of those steps required for you to move towards your ideal self.

If you want to amp up this feeling, another thing you can do is to imagine your ideal self and then imagine wearing a shirt or an outfit or a ring or some kind of accessory that you would wear while you’re in the super version of yourself. Then when you are enhancing and enlarging this winning feeilng in yourself, go put on that shirt/accessory.

After that, you’ll be supercharged with the beliefs needed to get yourself into action.
